Licensed Therapist
Jessy’s holistic approach to therapy emerged out of her passion for health and her connection to nature. While she combines several modalities in her practice, at the heart of her work is empathy and authenticity. She believes in working together to help resolve the challenges or circumstances with which you are currently facing so that you may develop an enhanced relationship with yourself and those around you. By integrating mindfulness, present body awareness, and EMDR, Jessy works with clients to develop tools and strategies to navigate their internal and external worlds with greater ease and resilience. Ultimately, her goal is to support individuals in creating lives that feel more connected, fulfilling, and aligned with their values.
