Zoe believes that every individual is unique and deserves to be treated with compassion and kindness. She works to empower each individual to gain the confidence they need to overcome obstacles in their lives. Zoe takes a humanistic approach and puts emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. She believes this focus helps cultivate growth and change. Zoe also relies on the Cognitive Behavioral model to help clients recognize and change patterns. Additionally, Zoe is a fluent Spanish speaker! Although it is her second language, she can provide therapeutic services in Spanish. Zoe has had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including a wide range of ages, socio-economic status, race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender identity. Lastly, Zoe believes that humor is an important way to help us cope with the difficulties that life brings, so she welcomes lightness and laughter into your sessions together.
