Once the therapy process is initiated, the ongoing session fees below will apply unless otherwise decided. All session fees are due at the start time of each appointment.
- Intake & Assessment Session $200
- 45-Minute Child, Teen or Individual Session $165
- 45-Minute Couple or Family Session $185
A credit card will be held on file for all clients to confirm and reserve appointments. You will not be charged until the time of your session and you’re free to use another form of payment if preferred.
Accepted forms of payment include credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), cash or checks made out to TherapyWorks. Clients may also be able to utilize a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account to cover therapy expenses.

If our services are financially out of reach, you might want to consider alternative low-fee community agencies. Please note that although these agencies may offer reduced-rate sessions, they are often a training center for therapists completing their education and training.
TherapyWorks holds a 48- hour cancellation policy for both new and returning clients. If you miss an appointment or cancel your appointment with less than 48-hour notice your credit card on file will be charged the full session fee .
