Practice Manager
Janae brings over a decade of professional experience in the medical field to her role as Practice Manager at TherapyWorks, including five years in practice leadership and many years as a dedicated medical technician. Throughout her career, she has been known as a collaborative leader, thoughtful motivator, and passionate advocate for creating positive, inclusive workplace cultures. Janae is deeply committed to supporting teams, strengthening staff retention, and ensuring that every individual feels genuinely valued, heard, and empowered to thrive.
In her role at TherapyWorks, Janae provides steady, people-centered leadership that strengthens daily operations and elevates team experience. Her presence supports a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence throughout the practice.
In addition to her professional work, Janae is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Library and Information Science at San José State University, further reflecting her dedication to lifelong learning, organization, and community engagement. She also volunteers with local Santa Cruz County libraries, where she helps promote access to information, learning, and community resources.

On a Personal Note
Outside of work, Janae is an avid painter and writer who is currently completing a book series inspired by her love of storytelling and creativity. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking and visiting the beach with her two beloved dogs.
