A Simple Start to Therapy

Are you curious about how therapy can help?

Our Spark Sessions are a great place to start. Spark Sessions are a series of virtual information sessions designed to encourage and guide you toward better mental health – because feeling better changes everything

Each complimentary information session provides a welcoming and supportive space hosted by our Client Care Coordinator alongside our Community Relations Manager where you can explore your questions, gain insight into the therapy process, and connect with our care team.

Spark Sessions Are a Good Fit For...

• Those actively considering seeking mental health support.
• If you are new to therapy or returning after an extended break.
• For clients who have not worked with TherapyWorks in the past.
• These sessions are not intended to serve as a substitute for individualized therapy.
