A Simple Start To Therapy

Our Spark Sessions are a great place to start. Spark Sessions are a series of virtual information sessions designed to encourage and guide you toward better mental health – because when you feel better, you live better. 

Each complimentary information session provides a welcoming and supportive space hosted by a TherapyWorks Therapist alongside our Community Relations Coordinator where you can explore your questions, gain insight into the therapy process, and connect with a mental health expert.

Free Virtual Information Sessions

Spark Sessions are hosted by a TherapyWorks Therapist alongside our Community Relations Coordinator, Lauren Furtado.

• Sessions are held monthly on the last Wednesday of the month at 9am PST
• Each session lasts approximately 1 hour
• Spark Sessions are complimentary, but pre-registration is required
• Session are held virtually on Zoom (link to be provided after registration)
• Please review our Spark Session guidelines before participating

These Sessions are a Good Fit For:

• Those actively considering seeking mental health support.
• If you are new to therapy or returning after an extended break.
• For clients who have not worked with TherapyWorks in the past.
• These sessions are not intended to serve as a substitute for individualized therapy.
