Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Jess brings a multidisciplinary, holistic approach to healing. Her strengths-based style creates a welcoming space where clients can show up exactly as they are, without judgment. She prioritizes building trust in the therapeutic relationship and honors each client’s pace, allowing time to gently warm up to the process. Jess is especially passionate about exploring how larger systems impact individuals, families, and communities, particularly in the healing of generational trauma. She believes that reconnecting clients with their inherent strengths and values creates meaningful, lasting change.
With extensive experience supporting children and adolescents in school settings, Jess feels grounded navigating the complex developmental challenges that arise for families during these years. As a new mother and a Queer, multi-ethnic woman, she views identity as sacred and deeply influential in one’s healing journey. Becoming a mother has further strengthened her passion for supporting individuals who are trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum, and she is committed to increasing awareness and affirming care within perinatal mental health.
