Drifting to Sleep – This 15-minute exercise includes relaxation and mindfulness exercises, used as a preparation to fall asleep.
Motivation on a Hill – This exercise includes relaxation followed by suggestions to reduce a sense of ‘overwhelm’ and encourage productivity.
Energizing in the Forest – This exercise uses tactile, visual, and olfactory imagery to calmly energize after a relaxation technique.
The Glow – This is the core relaxation technique used in all of my exercises, which can be used separately as part of meditation or other mindfulness practices
