Associate Therapist
Kristen brings a warm, empathic and integrative approach to therapy, understanding the importance of trust and collaboration. By developing awareness and compassion for ourselves and others, we can begin to untangle our stories and view them through new lenses. Kristen believes that within each person there is strength, resilience and joy waiting to be rediscovered. She understands that childhood experiences and relationship conflicts can shape our subconscious beliefs about ourselves and get in the way of living life with intention and purpose. She works to empower her clients to find meaning and reconnect to their authentic selves. By reintegrating all parts of ourselves, we can experience incredible transformation.
