Associate Therapist
Christina supports clients with an empathetic, compassionate and direct approach and believes it is a privilege to be able to walk beside them as they move through their vital therapeutic work. Through years of experience working with teens, adults, and families, she understands that each client comes with a unique story and that effective therapy is to be individualized to meet their personal needs. Christina supports clients in channeling the fire within themselves to move through hardship and engage in self exploration, while holding space for the difficult emotions that show up along the way. Her approach rests on a foundation that a majority of what we do and who we are is based on our experiences and that these experiences influence how we move through the word. As a therapist, Christina considers it a gift to work with clients to form helpful connections and gain awareness into their experiences. Christina enjoys using an open and kindhearted style to support clients in finding their purpose and helping guide their journey to whatever life they desire.
