Once the therapy process is initiated, the ongoing session fees below will apply unless otherwise decided. All session fees are due at the start time of each appointment.
- 75 Minute Intake Assessment Session Fee $225
- 45-50 Minute Child, Teen or Individual Session Fee $130 to $175
- 45-50 Minute Couple or Family Fee $150 to $175
- 75 Minute Session Fee $175 to $225
- Group Session Fee $50 to $75
Accepted forms of payment include credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), cash or checks made out to TherapyWorks. Clients may also be able to utilize a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account to cover therapy expenses.

If our services are financially out of reach, you might want to consider alternative low-fee community agencies. Please note that although these agencies may offer reduced-rate sessions, they are often a training center for therapists completing their education and training.
Complimentary 20-Minute Initial Consultation
TherapyWorks is pleased to offer a complimentary 20-minute initial phone consultation with our Director of Intake to all clients prior to beginning regular ongoing sessions. Our 20-minute free phone consultation will allow you the opportunity to give a detailed account of your concerns, let us ask questions to determine how we may best meet your needs, and match you with a therapist based on your schedule, specific goals and personality. This consultation can additionally provide clients the chance to become more familiar with our office, policies and procedures, fees and payment options, as well as what to expect during the treatment process.
TherapyWorks holds a 48- hour cancellation policy. If you miss an appointment or cancel your appointment with less than 48-hour notice you will be charged the full session fee.
